THE FULL EXPERIENCE

Let’s set you up with everything that you need to successfully launch your new business by combining the two packages!! You will get a beautiful brand identity, and then we will complement it with a strategically designed website that will engage with your audience.

Here is a peek at our design process. 

 

  • Once you have gone through our website to make sure you like our design work, we need to make sure that we click. If we can't have a fun little conversation together as if we were in the Picnic Cafe having a coffee, then we won't work together very well. So we schedule a 30-45 minute “Get To Know You” call via Zoom to make sure that our personalities go together, and that we are a good match! If we are indeed a great match you will begin the booking process!

    *** This call is to get to know one another and make sure we are a good fit to work together. If you would like to ask for advice and discuss strategy please book a consultation call.

  • You’ve decided that we are a perfect fit to work together.

    YAY!!!

    Now I will send you a formal proposal based on our conversations. When you click to approve the proposal, a contract and invoice for your (non-refundable) 50% deposit will be available for you to sign and pay. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, you will get an email to our client portal where we will add all of your homework! Your final 50% payment will be due on or by design start day.

  • Homework never sounds fun, but in this case, it is! We have a series of forms created that will help us get the detailed information we need to get to know you and your business a little better before we begin designing. You will get these forms one at a time so that you aren't overwhelmed. The completion of one form will trigger your next form to be sent! Just take your time and have fun with them! We do require your homework to be completed 2 weeks before our design start date so that there are no delays.

  • It's Design Day!!! As long as all of your homework is complete, this is the day that we start really working on your project. First, we will create your mood board, which we will then get your custom color palette. Next will come logo mockups, which we will send you for approval and revisions. Once we have your logos created and your branding established, we will begin working on your website and your optional collateral images. 

  • Everything is coming together beautifully! At this point we will send you the final invoice. Once that has been paid we will deliver all of the elements for a beautiful brand, your website is completed, and you have your collateral images. Once we ask you for your final approval, you will have 48 hours to send us any final edits. When we have completed any remaining edits we will do a detailed walkthrough of everything that you need to know to maintain your brand/website, and get that baby ready to launch!

  • The coffee chat is more of a get-to-know-you call to see if we are a good fit to work together. The Brandstorming session is set up so that I look over everything that you have and we sit and figure out what you need to do to improve your brand overall!

  • Everyone would love to get a fat deal! However, we gotta pay the bills! Imagine if your employer asked you to work on a discounted salary for a project? Yikes! We don't want that for you, so we hope you wouldn't want that for us. We are firm believers that with design "you get what you pay for". Working with us to help bring your big ideas to life is an investment. We do, however, offer easy payment plans. Please feel free to contact us if this is something that you are interested in!

  • The simple answer is no, I would prefer not to. Although we have WordPress knowledge, Squarespace is what we love working on.

  • We have addressed this on our terms page. Due to the nature of design work no refunds will be issued no matter the point in the design process. If you choose to terminate your design, you will forfeit any amount paid to Tiffany Kuehl Designs. However, we do make every effort to ensure that you are absolutely 100% in love with your design!

  • Every project is different! This is something that I could answer better during a consultation call after we have discussed the scope of your project.

  • We typically are booked weeks or months in advance at the time we talk. It is important to keep this in mind when wanting to work with us. That said, reserving your dates right away is important as we are always booking further out.

  • We love Moo and Primo Print! Their quality and turnaround time is second to none. We print our personal business cards through Primo Print and people rave when they get one in their hands. We offer to have things printed for you at an additional fee through any company. However, if you prefer to go with your own printer when we work together we don't mind that at all.

  • Absolutely! If you ever need any help, please don't be afraid to reach out and let me know. We can teach you how to maintain and update your site If needed for an additional fee. We also offer website maintenance if you choose for us to take care of your site.
