Admin Monday

If you are a part of any entrepreneur facebook groups, you will typically see one question that gets asked over and over. Some people even offer services to help you answer this question.

How do you keep up with your business and client work?

My answer to this question is simple! It's also something that I tell each and every client about when we go through the onboarding process.

It's called ADMIN MONDAY .

What is Admin Monday? - Tiffany Kuehl Designs? Want to know the secret to how I keep my business running and get all of my client work done in a timely fashion???

I take one day every week, and just dedicate it to my business! I write my blog posts, plan out social media content, edit my website, etc... Honestly, the list goes on and on and on. If it's something I need to get done for my business that week, I handle it on Monday!

Do you have to do it on Monday? Absolutely not! You can pick any day of the week. I chose Monday of how my brain works. It never fails, I am just not able to focus on client work on Mondays. I feel like I need to play catch up from the weekend and plan everything out. So that's just what I do! I start my week out strong and plan all of my things out!

Doing this allows me to really focus on my client work for the rest of the week and not feel like I am falling behind on my all things Tiffany Kuehl Designs. Because, before I did this, if I was busy with client work I felt like I was failing at my business. Or if I took time to finalize blog posts or work on content for Instagram, I felt guilty for not working on something that I was being paid to do. I know it's silly, but it's true!

“ My time is so limited, my clients aren't going to like that I am technically "closed" that day. “

WRONG!

Remember where I mentioned that I tell every client about it during our onboarding process? I do this because I am letting them know that we are closed during the weekends and I will answer emails on Monday, but not work on client work! I set that expectation from the very beginning. I have never had a client upset by that, In fact most of them have even decided to adopt the same concept and use it in their business!

Give it a try! I promise you won't regret it.
