Process Mapping Call

(STRATEGY SESSION — REQUIRED FOR ALL SERVICES)

This might be my favorite part of our process, and we do this call with every single client.

It is a 1-2 hour Zoom video call where we go through your client processes step by step so that I can better understand your systems and exactly what you need! After this call, you will receive a branded PDF flow chart along with a list of the items within your system that we see are required.  

THIS MEETING IS $250 AND IS DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IF BEING BOOKED AS A STANDALONE SERVICE.

We take all the knowledge gained during our process mapping call, and we create a beautifully branded client system for you within Dubsado Or Honeybook.

This setup can include:

  • Branded Customization of all of your forms created in Dubsado such as proposals, questionnaires, contract, and portal.

  • Creation of scheduler templates for your various calls.

  • Build Workflows for your entire process with all necessary components.

  • Email content input.

  • Email and Loom Videos to keep you up to date throughout your project.

  • Access to our Dubsado Training Videos Library.

  • 1 month of support via email.

1 Day Intensive

You have been working hard on your systems, but are just kind of feeling stuck, or not sure if you did it right. This package is super helpful! We go in and spend 1 day going through what you have and improving it where we see that we can.

What To Expect

Step 01

FREE DISCOVERY CALL

Schedule your free discovery call with me. This will help me get to know you and better understand where your business is and what your needs are.

Step 02

BOOK YOUR PROCESS MAPPING CALL

This is a 1-2 hour Zoom call where we strategize your ideal client experience, mapping it all out in a pretty flow chart! This is a standalone service, but is included in certain packages.

Step 03

SIGN CONTRACT

Once the process mapping call is complete, you will receive a branded client experience PDF & a custom proposal for your setup. Sign and pay the 50% deposit to get the process started.

Step 04

YOUR CONTENT

You get to work on compiling all of your copy and imagery that makes up your client process so that it is ready for me to implement.

Step 05

AUTOMATION & IMPLEMENTATION

Finally! All of your hard work is done, and it is my turn to take over!

You pay the remaining balance and I get to work turning your process into a beautiful system!

Step 06

SUPPORT PHASE

Once your system is complete, we will do a detailed walkthrough + provide helpful resources to help you operate your CRM. You will also have 1 month of support to make sure any questions are answered.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Honestly, this is all about personal preference and how robust your workflow needs to be. If you are between the two, we can absolutely discuss the pros & cons during our initial consultation call.

  • Nope! If you are using Dubsado or Honeybook you can cancel those! Both of these CRM platforms have great schedulers. They even have the ability to send questionnaires, link to a Zoom call, and collect payment.

  • The specifics change based on the business, but in general we will need:

    —Your process for your service
    —Your branding elements such as logo with transparent background, color palette, and brand imagery
    —The copy for your emails, proposals, & questionnaires
    —Your contract.

  • No.

    Dubsado links to both Stripe & PayPal. Honeybook has its own processor. Both of them easily connect to your banking account for easy access to your funds.

  • It varies from client to client, but the process usually takes 2–4 weeks.

  • Yes. We do still offer branding + website design services. If you are interested in those, they can be found here, and we can set up a consultation call to see if we are the perfect fit to work together on creating your brand.

  • Your 1 month of ongoing support begins on the day that we do our final walkthrough call. During this time I am here for any questions or troubleshooting during normal business hours.

    If you would like to add things to your process after the final walkthrough, I am happy to, but there will be a service fee.

  • I do!
